ubuntu 22.04 환경에서 풀이를 진행하였습니다.

우분투에서 strings 명령을 사용해서 출력해보면

$ strings ./the_nod.gif

플래그는 gandalfthebest라고 적혀 있는 걸 확인할 수 있습니다.
