windows 11 환경에서 풀이를 진행하였습니다.
압축을 풀면 png 파일이 나오는데 열리지 않습니다.
문제 이름처럼 해당 파일에는 base64로 인코딩 된 hex 데이터들이 채워져 있습니다.
